Do devotees need to download an app?
No. Everything works in a normal web browser, on any phone.
What happens to our data when the committee changes?
Your temple owns its data. The committee handover pack means the next office-bearers inherit every record and receipt — nothing walks out the door.
Can we issue tax-deductible receipts?
Only temples with IPC (Institution of a Public Character) status can issue tax-deductible receipts — most temples are registered charities without IPC status. If your temple holds IPC status, TemplePro adds the correct tax-deductible wording to every donation receipt automatically; otherwise donors receive a standard official receipt.
What does it cost us per donation?
Nothing beyond your plan. The amount you set is the amount you receive — processing fees are shown to the devotee, not deducted from you.
